I do green days almost every day but decided i needed to give my body a bit of a shock/boost by doing 2 red days in a row (today and 2moro) because i wasn't losing anything!
However i am having a bit of trouble :cry:
Firstly i can think of hardly anything for meal ideas! And secondly i have been starving all day!! I have been searching the coudbards all day with no joy lol.
I did a little bit of shopping last night but didnt have much money to spend and couldn't remember what was free on red!! Should have prepared but it was kind of a last minute decision to do a red day.
This is what ive had today:
Brek: 2 weetabix, (B) banana, milk (A)
Lunch: Bacon omlette. (2 eggs and 2 bacon rashers) 2 Asda meat free burgers.
Huge bowl of grapes.
Tea: Lettuce, cucumber, tin of tuna, 2 slices of ham, pickled onions. Small muller light.
Snack: Bran flakes, banana. (B) small muller light.
Syns: Crackerbread, burgers, hot chocs. Total syns = 9.
I have no idea what i am gonna have 2moro
And i have to have a red day 2moro as im having a night out for my birthday and i dont want to feel all bloated all night which i always do on green days!
