You could always do a cottage pie and top with either carrot and swede or buttnernut squash mash, or do salmon with runner beans and a HExB of new potatoes, an all-day breakfast with free sausages, trimmed bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs, or a chilli with potato or butternut squash chips, stuffed peppers....
If your after a quick dinner, omelettes are great, pack them with ham and cheese from your HEXa
Try to eat what you would normally but adapt the recipe to make it SW friendly
