Unless you are a vegetarian your best option is to do the extra easy plan. That way you can have best of both worlds - free foods from both the red and green plans.

Have you read the newbies thread in the sticky section? That will explain it all. Don't worry, it will be a bit confusing to start with but it will soon be second nature. You wouldn't expect to speak fluent french after one evening class!
