Extra ProPoints Red lentils, dried 200g ?

need to know how many pro points in the above, as just put some in a soup just made. Food book only shows cooked weight. Thanks xx

ESource is saying 200g dried is 18pp.

I know I was really surprised too. So much that I double checked it. But it's carbs isn't it? Which have really shot up in the new propoints system.
