reduced fat cheese

Hi

Can someone tell me if weight watchers reduced fat cheese (block) is ok to have 42g of as hex A please? It's just because it doesn't say on it whether it's cheddar like the book specifies.

Yes, reduced fat is usually 42g of hard cheese (cheddar, red leicester, etc.) Feta is also 42g worth as are most lights (Boursin etc.)
