Reduced Fat Coconut milk

I've syned a favourite curry recipe & wondered if anyone has ideas for a substitute for the coconut milk? Recipe states 1 tin ( Amoy R/F 25 syns ). Whole recipe would feed 6 adults so I suppose it's not that bad. Thanks x

Low fat fromage frais for the creaminess and someone on here posted they got coconut essense which is free - hey its just crazy enough that it might work!

I always use coconut essence in either milk as a hexb or in ff yoghurt.
