Reduced salt gravy granules

Hi everyone im making beef stew tomorrow with reduced salt bisto, im only going to have a small amount of it & fill my plate with sf & potatoes, how many syns should i guestimate?

Hi Jelly, reduced salt Bisto is 1 syn per level tsp. Not to sound all preachy, but I would calculate how much you use/eat properly rather than just guesstimaing - it's too easy to get it wrong in my opinion! Hope that helps

I used mfp to calculate 280ml was 86 calories so synned it at 4.5 to be on the safe side
