Going to start reducing the amount of carbs im eating for my restart on Monday. Thing is how far should i take it? Complete removal or just cut down? Dont usually do this so wanted to try it and see if it made a difference.

I always do a carb strike the week before starting meal replacement, i find it helps me. But everyone is different so trial and error is the key to finding your way. Oh ...and good luck

You can do it either way. If you low carb beforehand you'll probably be in ketosis faster and you're less likely to get carb withdrawal headaches. But again a lot of people just stop the day they start.

I'm afraid I would never have managed that. If I could low carb I wouldn't need to be on this plan! But I'm sure I would have had a much easier first few days if I had done that so credit to you!! Good luck xx

I'm no good at low carbing for a few days before as I have to have the much fabled last supper :). I would say that if you stick to Atkins induction levels it will make life easier for you. All power to you if you can do that.

Never tried it before so have no idea how i'll get on. Knowing my luck ill low carb till i start and still take 5 days to get into ketosis and feel like death! :D

You won't take 5 days to get into ketosis if you do Atkins induction for a few days.
