Lol i asked this the other day... was told not to worry about them in refeed week.... still worrying about them tho :p xx

Just enjoy refeed week as best you can and stop torturing yourself

Hehe... well i worked out the other day i had 928 cals..... that scared me!

Compared to LT shakes thats insane!

really, what day of refeedwas that?? its still less than 1/2 your reccommended though x

Refeed is about the re-introduction of food groups so that your depleted glycogen stores don't fill up with water, so no need to worry about calories until you're eating "normally" again. The first week seems to be rich in protein which the body burns really quickly and very little carbohydrate ( the devil which makes the glycogen stores fill up with water). So if you stick to the LT re-feed sheet to the letter then you can't go wrong. Hope this makes sense x
