refeed calories

    How many calories are in day 1,2,3 and 4 to 7. Any idea anyone, just out of interest thats all;)

    Just enjoy refeed week as best you can and stop torturing yourself

    And if you really have to know - then you'll have to do the hard work!

    Hehe... well i worked out the other day i had 928 cals..... that scared me!

    Compared to LT shakes thats insane!

    really, what day of refeedwas that?? its still less than 1/2 your reccommended though x

    Refeed is about the re-introduction of food groups so that your depleted glycogen stores don't fill up with water, so no need to worry about calories until you're eating "normally" again. The first week seems to be rich in protein which the body burns really quickly and very little carbohydrate ( the devil which makes the glycogen stores fill up with water). So if you stick to the LT re-feed sheet to the letter then you can't go wrong. Hope this makes sense x

    I think that was day 4... thats was me counting every single thing... every single type of salad/veg
