This is the 2nd feckin time typing this now as it didn't post my last one and then all the content was lost so this is a shortened version !!
I'm starting refeed on Monday. I've been getting hunger pains and stuff the last 7-10 days. Does the chemist supply a full plan to stick to or is there an exact plan online to follow. I was planning on 3st off by my Birthday in 4 weeks and as it stands I'll be beyond 4st so well on target. I've also a GP appt on Monday as apparently i can get 3 months free leisure centre membership through the GP.
I have a few occasions coming up in October and may have a couple of drinks, including my 30th so now is probably the best time to get my body used to it and start eating and stepping up the training. This plan is the best thing I've ever done.
