Rejoined, wish me luck!

Well, after losing almost four stones 18 months ago, and putting nearly one back on, I am back again. Weighed in this morning at 12 stone 12 pounds. Want to get down to 11 St 7 lbs by November, for my daughters wedding in November. Going to need all the support and help I can get, to keep motivated and to succeed. Hope you guys don't mind me being constantly on here asking for help and advice. A big thank you in advance to anyone who can help me along xx
