Replace scan bran

What can I replace scan bran with to make a slimming world carrot cake ? ? Struggling to get scan bran

Not sure what you would replace it with, but I know the best place to get scan brand locally for me is Holland and Barret- or it certainly used to be. Sorry not to be of more help!

What about trying the recipe with weetabix instead, may be worth a go.

The nearest thing perhaps would be Allbran for the fibre content but the carbs would be very much higher.

I have often made an Allbran loaf which is really delicious especially with a little butter spread on it.
