i m on day one of my restart how long is it likely to be before i m in ketosis and are the carb withdrawels worse second time round i rerally need to do this and want to be slimmer for the summer i ve got about 4 stone to lose
Hi and good luck for the restart, ketosis starts about day 3 i think. I am not sure if the carb withdrawals are worse the second time round, but you are ready and prepared for it, so maybe not. Just keep in mind what you want to wear in the summer this will help you get through the first few days, I hung up an outfit i love so i could see it every day this kept me motivated:D so lots of luck for you restart and look forward to reading your update soon.

Hi and i think you have to drink more water with both the bars and tetra's although i tend to add hot water to the chocolate Tetra as i find them too strong, and i freeze the banana ones so they last ages.

Yes extra water with tetras and bars, with every tetra or bar u have u should drink another quarter litre/half pint of water.

When i first started thought about renting a port-a-loo to be stuck to me as constanly on the toilet. These days its easier out and about as i know roughly how many litres till i NEED to go, lol.

The minimum is 2 and a quarter litres a day and then your additional quarter for every tetra or bar.

I normally drink at least 3 a day but no more than 3 and a half or i have to get out of bed during the night for the toilet.

Cambridge state that between 3-4 litre would be better than the minimum.

thanks for that think i will have to try and drink a bit more might ask volvic if they will install a spa in the back garden , does any one else drink the perfectly clear last time i did it i found loads of different drinks you could have which was great

Hi I drink just over 3 litres of water a day, if i drink 4 i get cramp in my legs so i stick to 3 and feel fine. i also drink some sparkling water and zero coke when i want some thing different.

hi there well i m nearly through day one only had one foodpack so far and i ve got to say not feeling to bad gonna save my others till later when i feel hungry i can do this again !!!:)

I am also on day 1 of a restart, I had my first shake at 9am and I am just starting to get hungry so may have my soup. I am saving a frozen choc tetra for tonight.
