restart on CD

hi im on my 1st day of my cd restart, tried enough times, this time gona try and stick to it, so far so good am a 100%.

Well done on your re-start , I found myself back here as really really thinking of re-starting CD , i can not believe how much weight i have gained but i don't know how much will power you have second time round so i am hoping to see from you - you can be just as motivated

I agree, don't stop trying! I have tried to restart more times than I can count over the past year or so, and for some reason this time it has just clicked. I haven't done anything differently than before. Keep trying and if you don't get there this time, pick yourself back up again and keep going
