Restarting again.

Yet again i am back here. I started well a few yrs back lost 4 stones but now its almost all gone back on

Not really following any such plan as of yet just making sure its not junk.

Going to need some ideas to get started,so going to look around all the forms for ideas. Hope to read other
threads as i will need some thing to do when the little voice in my head says i hungry when really all i am doing
is being greedy.

Thank you going well so far,even made a 100 cakes and iced them all without even so much as a little lick of the spoon.
