So, I had to go for a dinner to some fancy restaurant. It was 1off thing from work, and I couldn't get out from it and believe me I tried hard! It would be very bad if I didn't. First I thought right I go and will eat nothing, maybe just move a fork around some food on the plate. But then realised everybody will be why aren't you eating? how is your food? I just couldn't stand all the explanations!
So decided to have something and eat it
Talked to the pharmacist today and she's like no you can't, **** I know andI don't want to!
long story short i had black coffee as a starter, warm smoked chicken (very small square pieces, could be maybe a quarter of a small breast) salad with green vegetables and tomatoes (unfortunately there was olive oil in it and little straps of parma ham/bacon but I tried to not eat them). It was the safest dish from the whole menu, and I didn't take any potatoes, and asked for no bacon, but they added it anyway And peppermint tea for a dessert.
Now I'm freaking out that I'm out of ketosis, will put on weight, not loose anything this week!
Has anyone got similar experience??
