Rib eye steak

Well I was planning a little treat tonight but when ive put the calories in MFP it varies BIG TIME!

Can anyone tell me how many calories they would allocate to a leanish rib eye steak? Ive removed all visible fat.

depends how much it weighs! do you have kitchen scales....can you tell us the weight?

It was 6oz but I chopped it down to 3oz in the end as I just wasnt sure.
