Rice pudding

I just made the rice pudding from the magazine freebie cookbook and had two portions of it...but in the magazine that means its 11 syns. When I looked it up pudding rice is free, milk from my HEA , vanilla essence and artificial sweetner....where do the syns come from??

Most would be from the milk because they're syning it, rather than using it from your Hex allowance. I think the remaining 1/2 a syn or so might be from the crushed raspberries, although I'm not sure.

It is possible to make it syn free with your HexA.

Yay so I don't have to count it! Makes last night not quite as bad lol and I used skimmed milk rather than semi! Yay thanks!
