Rice Pudding

Does anyone have a recipe for a low syn delicious rice pudding?

I love this dish and not really happy with the two that I can see online.

I literally made mine with water, sweetner and vanilla extract. Was lovely x

I've never tried it with water. I usually make it with a liter of whole milk and 250ml double cream, butter, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Lol. Not exactly 'light' in syns. Especially as I can eat half of it. Did I mention I love this dish?

I make mine with sugar free fruit squash, once its cooked add a muller light yogurt. lovely!
