Well so far so good!! I have been drinking as much water and coffee as I can stand, I have a tetra in the freezer and going to have a veg soup later.

Treated myself to some nice glasses from Ikea to serve my nicely chilled water in..

Well done Nikki... a nice glass makes all the difference in the world to the shakes! I have yet to try a Tetra would you believe... roll on day two! I drank for Ireland today (water & black coffee that is)

I need to do this this time... I just had sinful thoughts, but who am I kidding, myself only.... I thought just I could stuff myself and DH wouldn't know... but I would only be letting myself down, and I know that food will be there (in smaller portions) when I finish and get to goal... come on what is wrong with me... I haven't cracked and I won't!!

George is still wide awake and I want to get in a nice hot bubble bath with a face mask on... will have to wait a bit longer, will have to do the washing up then!!
