Rip 60 anyone tried it ?

hi, i am currently looking at losing weight and building muscle, my plan is to have a low calorie/carb diet and do this workout dvd called rip 60, does anybody know of it/tried it ? anyways my seller messed up my order and have got some spares that i have put on ebay for £75 so if you would like the link just let me know, any other advice welcome thanks
