Risotto??

Nothing about it in the book. How many points do u reckon for a medium size pea risotto (restaurant made)? No idea how they're made/ what goes into them apart from risotto rice

it's usually rice stock and veg,,i dont know who to point it tho

traditional risotto is usually made with butter and parmesan cheese so it can be quite high in points ....asparagus risotto is about 13 points for a restaurant portion and so i'd say a pea risotto is about the same

oh,,i never knew it was made with butter and cheese!!!!!!i've never made it with either
