I've seen a few of you mentioning rivita's mini's as a HEB. Is that for all the flavours???

i haven't found the thai or worcester sauce, does anyone know which supermarkets stock them???

Just got the 2 cheesy flavours to try...and I LOVE them!!! Cheers for posting list! How many syns if you just have them outside HE?

HEs as syns are normally 6

Try putting a healthy extra portion of Light Laughing Cow triangles (X5) onto the ryvita minis, cheesey flavours ones, you get loads of little snacks to eat and it tastes great!

Nice idea Lin! I just love packed lunches with lots of little things in so will do the cheese triangles thing!

I dip mine in a pot of cottage cheese!! yummy especially the sweet chilli ones and when u get to the end of the pack tip the crumbs in.

Also make a no syn houmous (green day) and dip them in!
