Roast Chicken Breast

Hi

It's my first week on SW and I'm doing ok - I think. BUT thinking about a roast dinner for tomorrow......

I might roast the chicken myself BUT just wondering how many syns the supermarket ready roasted chickens and chicken breasts would be... Can't seem to find the answer on syns on line.
