I'm cooking a roast chicken for dinner (i know hottest day of the year and I have the oven on) do I need to skin it before cooking or cook with skin on and syn it
 
I would say just for convenience, cook it with the skin on, then take it off after. As long as you don't actually eat the fat, you're probably fine either way :)
