Romanesco - Is it superfree?

Mum's bought some Romanesco for us to have with tea tonight, and its not in my book (and not in the directory) now basically its called Roman Cauliflower, or Romanesco Broccoli - confused? *laughs*

So would you THINK its superfree? x

It has the same properties as a cauliflower and is actually a variety of cauliflower so should be just fine. I treat it as a cauli anyway!

I think it is one of the prettiest vegetables, with a fascinating shape, and I quite like eating it raw, as well as cooked.

I'd definitely vote for it as superfree. It's basically a cauliflower/broccoli but a pretty shape! lol
