Can you please help! am i allowed rose tea? i know im allowed leaf teas, so i thought i may be able to have rose tea?? oh i hope so! turkish delight for dessert! lol

Sorry to burst your bubble Butterbean but I think the answer's no! It says on the bag, no flower teas.
I thought I had discovered a lovely new tea last week (Clipper Raspberry Leaf) and queried it with Lipotrim but they said no cos it had a flower ingredient in it. Spoilsports!

I had the same problem with the Jasmin tea as I like my tea very weak and at least with the Jasmin it had some flavour to it.... not allowed! I guess I'll have to wait with drinking the Jasmin till after I come off LT

I love peppermint tea, I drink about 8 pints of it a day, I am not keen on plain water.
