    Hello,

sorry to drag this up as I know it has been asked before, but I had 2 breasts from a sainsburys rotisserie chicken with the skin and any fat removed for lunch. Now having worked at sainsburys on the chicken counter, I was told that they dont add anything to the chickens - so i assumed they would be free on EE without skin etc.

I've looked on lifeline and only found asda's chickens which are a whopping 4 syns per 100g on EE.

I've also read on digitalspy that tescos and sainsburys chickens are free with skin removed, but i was just hoping someone on here could verify that as I really want a good WI this week!

    Thanks,

    Rach x

There was a lengthy debate about this recently and I think the concensus was that they were free if you took off the skin
