I just had a horrible horrible dinner - Tesco light choices spinach and ricotta cannelloni :sign0137:

I feel like eating something sweet and stodgy right now! :break_diet:

Have a SF snack...
Next time you start to eat something and you dont like it...dont waste the cals stop eating it and make something else...I know expensive but better than eting stuff you dont like

Coz the scales at Tesco that I usually use are on the blink and my local Boots don't have scales.

I'm gonna have to invest in some for home - any recommendations?

my local tesco had the weight watchers ones down to ten quid dont know if they are all doing them at that price though but it would be worth a look.
