Ruce noodles?

Do you mean the dried ones? I can only get them in the health shop a bit of a journey from me. They sell precooked straight-to-wok ones in the stirfry veg section in tesco and sainsburys but both are "tossed in sesame oil" so would be some syn value although I dont know what
 
Thanks everyone the ones i mean are the ones that are in a bag in the chilled section with the stir fry stuff in asda for exasmple they are part of the 3 for £3 stir fry deal! I havent bought them yet but was fancying a stir vfry sat night as a treat :)
 
They are not free then sorry. only dried noodles (all types) are syn free. Fresh noodles come with a syn value. You can enter the nutritional info into the syn calculator if they are not listed online. :)
