One of these lurking in the fridge. Tempted to eat it, but if it's too high, then I ain't!

is it one of those ones your microwave with the burger roll?

If so I would imagine they don't qualify for a free food allowance at all, same as ready made sandwiches don't.

In which case it would be 1 syn for every 20 calories.
