Ruth is back on the plan!!! :-)

    My head is so back in the the slimming world mind set!!!
    I lost 3stone 6 pounds but have put around a stone back on! I've still been going to meeting but haven't been doin the plan properly!
    Now Christmas is out the way I feel back in the zone! I want to lose 5lb this week and I do think I can do it!
    Here's what I had today
    Ee day
    Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hb) milk ( some ha)
    Mid morning - plum, apple
    Lunch - I work In a school and normal get a jacket from the canteen but there hadn't been a delivery so had to have
    3fish fingers and peas! I refused the chips :) (4.1/2syns) apple, plum
    Tea - left over lean gammon, fry light potatoes & veg!
    Night time munchies - pack of melon, pineapple stick, red grapefruit, bowl of grapes and a pack of crisps! 5.5syns

    10 syns used today!
    Am happy with my self cos the house is still full of junk! :)

    Sweet chilli sauce
    Tea. Was
    Mash
    Mince
    Carrots
    Munchies
    Punnet cherrys
    Greapfruit
    Pineapple stick
    Watermelon

    Well done and good luck. Is this your first week and first weigh in on monday? Mine is monday as well. and it is my first week. Reading your diary you have really stuck to it. I still find it a little bit hard to grasp. starting day 5 and still feeling very positive. I hope it lasts. xx

    No I started my journey 11th January 2010 so this Monday will be the day before our first anniversary! Hahaha

    Still been going to my meetings I needed them or I would have put ALL the weight back on!

    I feel like am starting all over again tho I am trying to remember the exciting meals I used to make at the beginning!

    Am glad of this app and facebook is fab for slimming world friends!

    It will last as long as u keep it exciting! Keep changing ya meal plans and keep organised! That's were I went wrong the organisation slipped through my fingers!

    It is hard to grasp as first and hard to understand how u can eat so much and lose weight! U will get it tho xx

    thanks ruthhayes. You are right about this site - its fantastic. I am addicted to it. I think the only reason I am doing so well (i know only day 6) is because of this site and all the lovely genuine great people on here.
