Ryvita original crackerbread

Sorry to be a pain but could anybody tell me how many crackerbread I can have as a healthy extra? I've bought a whole box into work for my lunches this week but have left my slimming world book at home :-( x many thanks

You dont get any of the Original Crackerbread as a HEX, only the Wholegrain. Wholegrain is 6 for a HEXB.

Or do you mean crispbread? If so the Original is 4 (or 2 for Superspeedy).

Thanks Ermintrude - I'd already eaten 4 (& they are crackerbread original :-() so will syn them (4 syns) & have 2 Alpen lights as my HE - thanks again as still trying to get my head around everything
