    Why is it in the healthy extras there 2 differents amounts of original ryvita????

    thats because if you only have 2 its meant to boost weight loss,has it got a s symbol next to it?,thats what my consultant said to me when i used to go to class

    no , i think you mean that in the new food optimising book theyre listed twice, once i thinks as 2 for 2syns and then maybe again as 6 for 2 syns, cant quite remember now and i havent got my book with me.

    I think if I remember correctly it's because having 2 ryvitas is supposed to speed up weight loss (it has the S symbol next to it), but if you have 4 it gives you the extra fibre (F symbol next to it). I think!! :) xx

    If you can find the Ryvita Wholegrain CrackerBread you are allowed 6 of them and they are nicer than the normal Ryvita.

    Has anybody seen any of the sweet onion ryvitas anywhere? I'd like to try these but haven't managed to find any! xx

    Are the sweet onion ryvita a B choice? I couldn't find them on the SW website? I got mine from Tesco last week, but haven't tried them yet.

    I think they are 3 for a B choice? Same as the tomato and basil ones, cracked black pepper and garlic and rosemary xx
