Hi which ryvita are healthy extra and how many can you have what's nice on these for free foods or he ?

2 or 4 standard ryvita (if you have 2 I think it's a speed food but 4 it isn't)
3 sweet onion
2 fruit crunch

They are the only ones I know as they're the only ones I have!
