It's hard to comment properly because your stats don't show your height or your BMI. It could be that like mummyof1 above, you are not really that overweight. To generalise, the more overweight you are the bigger the initial losses seem to be. Whatever, don't be disappointed. It's still a good loss in a week.

thanks i'm 5'3" been really good i think it worked out at 4lbs the 1st week and 2.5 this week although i know it was 2 days short of my 2nd week so may have made it past the 1/2 stone mark. never mind i'm giving it 100% so thats all i can do xx

It's actually a really good loss if you look at what you would lose if you were doing weight watchers or similar!

I'm falling into the same trap - we all want instant success and while this is incredibly fast it still isn't fast enough for us :D

Keep going, before you know it you will have done a month and be significantly lighter than you used to be :bliss:
