Hey everyone...would someone be very kind and figure out the syn value for this please...you have to add 2 eggs and water..

Per 100g (pack is 255g's)

244 calories
7.6g protein
40.6g carbohydrate
2.7g of which sugars
5.7g fat
0.7g of which saturates
2.4g fibre
1.15g salt

Maybe I can have a few pancakes? Fingers crossed!!!!

if i have done it right it says:


12 Syns per 100g on Extra Easy

(I have seen on a couple of threads here that you can approx count the syns by saying 20calories = 1 syn)
