We're having a barbecue tonight and whilst I usually make my own beefburgers, they always fall apart on the BBQ.

The lowest fat ones I could find in Sainsbury's were there 'Be Good to Yourself' quarter pounders (frozen).

Does anyone know the syn value please before I stick one on the coals!

TIA

Thanks so much, I had talked myself out of having one but that's much less than I thought, so back on the menu! Isn't it nice when you can 'diet' but still join in with what everyone else is having! Thanks again :)
