Sainsburys chicken in white sauce

Hi,

Anyone able to tell me the syns in the sainsburys chicken in white sauce, canned, 410g.

I seen someone saying tescos variety was 1 syn for the tin so just bought sainsburys and hoping its similar

The Tesco ones are:
Chunky Chicken in a White Sauce, canned, 400g can 11
Light Choices Chicken in White Sauce, canned, 400g can 1

I am surprised how massively different that light Choices one is, wonder of its a mistake?

lol, cant believe that wish i hadnt bought it now, and will never buy it again. Aw well, thanks for letting me know. I hope the tescos one isnt a mistake, ill try it some time soon and compare the nv's!
