Sainsburys Instant Mash

I'm a bit confused, please help! Going by the nutritional info on the back of the packet 100g = 2pp, but I'm not sure if this is once it's made up or before. Does anyone know?

In my book it lists Sainsburys instant mash at 2pp per 1/2 pack made up (146g). This seems to be the lowest of any mash, instant or real.
