My food directory is out of date so doesn't have the syns for these was hoping someone could check for me please?

Sainsburys meatfree moroccan style burger - comes in pack of 4, frozen

Hoping to have one later with couscous stuffed pepper if they are not too high in syns

They're not on syns online, but if its these they work out at

26½ Syns for the pack

so 6.5 syns each

That's using chickpeas as a free food btw.

Thanks Erm, link wouldn't work for me but probably the right ones! Helps if I spell moroccan properly in the title whoops! Couldn't find them on minimins but another search result on google says they are 3 syns on green but sadly doesn't explain where or how they got this value :sigh: Oh well for 6.5 syns they better be nice!! x
