Mrs S's food diaries

Well after a loooooooong boring diet 'career', most of it spent at Slimming World where I was initially very successful,I am now the heaviest I have been in about 8 years. And I'm not happy. So I intend to try and rectify the situation by getting off a bit of timber! To do so, I am going to log my food diaries here and also maybe any musings I have. If anyone wants to come along for the ride, please do so, more than anything though, these diaries are for my own amusement/interest/records :)

Breakfast - Morrisons Pumpernickel Bagel (240 cals), Avocado (160 cals)
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs (120 cals), turkey slices (40), lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pepper (30), beetroot (10), tbsp coleslaw (40), avocado (80)
I'm intending to try and stick to around 1500 calories a day.

For dinner, I'm intending to have salmon with veggies but will log that later, along with anything else I have. I'm also trying to avoid late night snacking and emotional eating. I've got the Paul McKenna Virtual Gastric Band pack as well, so am hoping that might help me. Can you tell I'm getting desperate!!!!!
