Sainsbury's Wrap - Syn Value Please!

Please can someone help - I had a mozarella, rocket, tomato and pesto wrap from Sainsbury's today but I cannot find the syn values online or in my food directory (although mine is from 2007!)

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, I think it is going to be bad anyway!

Do you know how many calories were in it? Rough guide without any HEAs or free foods would be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

I don't i'm afraid, I should have kept the wrapper but I threw it away... I thought I would be able to find it in my food diary.

So a minimum of 15.5 syns but probably more as 28g cheese is not a lot.
