Salad Dressing

Hello,

Does anyone have a recipe for a low or 0 syn salad dressing. Otherwise can anyone recommend one you can purchase from a shop.

Getting tired of naked lettuce.

Slimming World Syn Free Mayo:
6 tbsp very low fat natural fromage frais
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp granulated artificial sweetener
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp water

To make the mayonnaise, mix together the fromage frais, white wine vinegar and artificial sweetener. Blend the mustard powder with the water and stir into the dressing. Season with the salt and pepper

There is also a French Dressing you can buy which is syn free but I think it is made by Kraft but you would need to double check.

Frylight make a couple, and they are free and scrummy!

yes - frylight have just brought out balsamic and a caesar dressing...in a spray bottle like the oil...I have tried the caesar....its not too bad! I can't stand vinaigrette so this is a good free alternative...

Thats great thanks, I might try making the Mayo but adding some naughty soft blue cheese from my Hex-A.
