Salad Dressings

I'm only on day 3 and so I am still finding out what is what on this diet. Can you please suggest some salad dressings that are either free or low syns please. I dont mind making from scratch or shop purchased.

Marks and Spencers' Fat Free French Dressing is nice, I assume it's low in Syns as it isn't on the Syns Online... It's only 1.20 a bottle.

Using the Syn Calculator, it's one syn for about 2tbsp.

I just use balsamic vinegar

from fat to skinny jeans only 50lbs to go

I use Hellmans Fat Free Vinaigrette and it's free

Tescos Light Choices, French Dressing is free, as its below 10 calories a serving. Its really nice. x

frylight do a balsamic salad dressing, its free and really nice.

Frylight also do a Caeasr Dressing syn free- one kcal spray
