    Was mega unorganised this morning and didnt have time to prep my lunch before leaving for work so planning on heading out to a local lunch place and grabbing a salad bowl. Anyone any ideas of what the best dressing to get thats ideally low in syns?

    Fat free vinaigrette and fat free Italian dressing are both syn free. Reduced fat honey and mustard and low fat French are both 1/2 syn per level tablespoon. Reduced calorie thousand islands and reduced fat garlic and herb are both 1 syn per level tablespoon.

    I usually use balsamic vinegar as it's free! Make sure it isn't balsamic GLAZE though... this has syns. The balsamic vinegar should be really runny and not at all thick. Enjoy :) xx
  4. Do you really need a dressing on it? I find that if the salad ingredients are interesting enough, a dressing is waste of time - and of syns!
