Salmon Fillet help

Hi all,

I bought some lovely salmon fillets for my tea only to be shocked at how many points I've worked it out as... 9pp for a 160g fillet?! Surely that's not right!? .. Can someone confirm whether I'm right or wrong? Seems awfully high?

My book says average fillet 6pp 150g, so that cant be right unless it has oil/butter on it already??

Hi,

No it's just a plain fillet... Weird.. Sometimes find the values on the iPhone app thing are wrong... Maybe they're wrong for the salmon!?

Anyway, I'll go with your 6pp for a 150g fillet, cos that means I'll get to eat it! ?
