Salmon Fillets

Hiya, I saw these on TV last night, Birds Eye Simply Bake to Perfection Wild Pink Salmon Fillets with Lemon & Herb (280g), looked lush. You basically cook them in the oven in the pouch. So out the Freezer and pop them in the Oven. Looks very easy to do but not sure about syn value. Anyone tried these yet? Or know the syn value?

Sounds delicious Paul, I eat a lot of fish....I'd like the syns value too if anyone has got it.

I think there are new. Just had a look at mysupermarket.co.uk and see that there £3!! Seems expensive but would love to try them. Just getting into Fish so worth a go. lol
