Red Day Salmon pate

I can't cook. I'm so totally rubbish but I bought a food processor and whizzed up the smoked salmon pate (sorry, can't find the apostrophe on my phone!) from the magazine with the yellow dress on the front.

It's gorgeous. I just wanted to share it. It's expensive but I used the scrappy trimmings that are about a pound because they get mashed anyway. I know it's still not actually cooking but it's a start! Go me :)
