Salt

Yep - salt is syn-free but as said the recommended limit is 6g a day. That's a teaspoon only.
 
But that's in all your food (so read the label as most stuff has it added already), not like, just a teaspoon added to stuff! I'm sure you know that, but just saying.
 
And if it lists sodium then you need to multiply it by 2.5 too....

Hidden salt is b-a-d! Especially in tinned soup etc. Grr!!
